David A. Nissan, MC, USN, has served at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he has worked as the Medical Student Psychiatry Clerkship Director, Associate Program Director, and Program Director from July to December 2018. Dr. Nissan is currently serving as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
