Abstract

In order to reduce the risk of safety incidents and reduce human-caused accident rates, the evaluation index of safety occupational adaptability for typical special operators in the construction industry has been studied. Firstly, this research defined the related concepts of safety occupational adaptability. Secondly, the interview and questionnaire survey method was used to conduct 13 physical and psychological abilities tests on 135 operators and selected the core ability indicators that reflect the mental load of the operators and the individual priority allocation of psychological resources. Thirdly, using the Delphi method, the opinions of 30 experts in related safety fields were sought anonymously, and the main physiological and psychological indicators were screened and filtered through the five-level scoring method. Then, six indicators of ‘accuracy, attention, judgment, rapid response ability, stability and proficiency’ were determined as the main physical and psychological indicators of the operators. Finally, using the statistical analysis methods to verify the ability indicators. The main physiological and psychological ability indicators of safety occupational adaptability for typical special operators were determined. It provided a reference for special operator training and effectively guaranteed safe production and construction. This research had important theoretical value and practical significance.
