Aims and scope

The Law and Financial Markets Review is a peer-reviewed, English language journal devoted to providing high quality scholarly work, as well as comment and analysis specialising in banking and financial markets, and particularly in attendant legal and regulatory developments. The LFMR has both a national and international focus. It welcomes interdisciplinary works and is open to all methodological approaches that are suited and relevant to the study of law and financial markets.

Published four times a year, the LFMR welcomes contributions in line with the following formats:

Articles

Up to 12,000 words

Essays and commentaries

Between 4,000 and 6,000 words

Case notes, regulatory updates and book reviews

Up to 2,000 words

Articles from academic contributors are subject to rigorous peer review.
