Abstract

The high-voltage paper electrophoretic method of v. Studnitz for determination of 3-methosy-4-hydroxymandelic (vanilmandelic) acid in urine has been modified by performing the electrophoresis at low pH. The modified method is compared with the original one and found advantageous.
