Abstract
Although numerous synthetic approaches to dihydrojasmone have been carried out,I new synthetic methods are still appearing in the literature. 2 We now wish to report a simple synthetic method for dihydrojasmone via 2,5-undecanedione by applying palladium catalyzed reactions in key steps as shown in the following scheme.
