Abstract

By interaction of 2-aminobenzophenones with 3-(1-aziridinyl)- or 3-(1-pyperidyl)propionitrile 2-amino-4-aryl-3-substituted quinolines were prepared. Some 3-alkyl-2-amino-4-(1-naphthalenyl)quinolines were also synthesized.
