Abstract

Vinylaziridine 2 underwent alkylative ring opening with trimethylsilyl iodide to furnish supinidine ethyl ester 4 from which supinidine 5, isoretronecanol 7, and trachelanthamidine 9 were synthesized stereoselectively.
