Abstract

The reaction of TEP with 1-(0-nitrobenzal)-4-phenyl and 1-benzal-4(0-nitrophenyl)semicarbazones and with the triazoles derived from the semicarbazones is described. Depending on the location of the nitrophenyl group, reductive cyclisation to give indazole derivatives and phosphorylation reactions were observed.
