Abstract

Mild reaction conditions were developed for the preparation of the active-site-directed irreversible enzime inhibitors (+)-S-2-amino-5-iodoacetamido-pentanoic acid and (+)-S-2-amino-6-iodoacetamidohexanoic acid.
