Abstract

A variety of 2-(1-arylcarbonyl-1-arylazomethylidene)-imidazolidines 3 were prepared by the reaction of 2-(arylcarbonylmethylidene)-imidazolidines 1 with diazobenzenes 2 in moderate to excellent yields.
