Abstract

The alkyl phosphorchloridisocyanate reacts with 3-benzylthio-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole and 3-benzylthio-5-amino-pyrazole respectively in the presence of triethylamine to form a kind of fused phosphorus heterocycles 3 and the mechanism of cyclization is discussed.
