Abstract

Synthesis of N,N'-bis(1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolinyl) dicarboxamides from N,N'-dicarboxamides 1 of 2-phenylethylamines and aldehydes 2 by application of α-diamidoalkylation reaction is described.
