Abstract: Five new γ-N-[(arylideneaminoethyl)aminoethyl]aminopropyl-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo[3,3,3]undecanes have been synthesized from γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR. Tests of antitumor activity show that γ-N-[(2-chloro-5-nitrobenzylideneaminoethyl)aminoethyl]aminopropyl-2,8,9-trioxa-5-aza-1-silabicyclo[3,3,3]undecane exhibits biological activity against K562 oncotytes of erythroleukmia.
