Fourth Nerve Palsy in Neuroborreliosis: A Case Report: Oblique Gaze and Tick

Abstract

We report an unusual association of isolated 4th nerve palsy and neuroborreliosis in a 58-year-old man. Recovery was complete after intramuscular injections of Ceftriaxone for a 3-week period.
