Sarah A. Moore, PhD, CTRS, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Health and Human Performance in the Faculty of Health at Dalhousie University. She is also a Scholar at the Healthy Populations Institute at Dalhousie University.

Shanon K. Phelan

Shanon K. Phelan, PhD, OT, is an Associate Professor in the School of Occupational Therapy in the Faculty of Health at Dalhousie University. Both authors have extensive experience working with and advocating for children with disabilities and their families.
