'In-lay' duraplasty: a useful method of effective dural closure

Abstract

Fifteen consecutive patients with dural loss were treated by the 'inlay' technique of duraplasty with satisfactory results. The technique is described in detail. Its advantages over conventional methods of duraplasty are emphasized.
