Abstract

We report two middle-aged patients with densely-vascularized, low-grade cerebellar glial tumours-'angiogliomas' or 'angiomatous gliomas'-and discuss whether these form a distinct neoplastic entity or are simply low-grade gliomas with a prominent vasculature.
