Large dumbbell neurinoma of hypoglossal nerve: case report

Abstract

Hypoglossal neurinomas are rare. Only 46 cases have been reported. We report a case of dump-bell neurinoma with a large multilobulated intracranial component. The relevant literature is reviewed.
