Dr. Kathryn D. Held is Executive Director/Chief Science Officer at the NCRP and Associate Radiation Biologist/Associate Professor in Radiation Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She has been involved in radiation biology research and teaching for over 30 years and is a former President of the Radiation Research Society.

Dr. Nobuyuki Hamada is a member of NCRP PAC 1, a corresponding member of ICRP Task Group 102, and Chair of Scientific Advisory Board for the European CONCERT LDLensRad project. He was a member of OECD/NEA/CRPPH/EGRPS, consultant to NCRP SC 1-23, Assistant Scientific Secretary of ICRP, and Associate Editor for ICRP Publications 126-132.
