Abstract

Spinal cord compression as an initial manifestation of multiple myeloma is a well-known phenomenon. We report for the first time a patient with spinal cord compression of dual etiology, multiple myeloma and spinal tuberculosis, treated successfully by local radiotheraphy, chemotherapy and an antituberculous regimen.
