Chris Marooney

Chris Marooney currently leads a team of software developers for a major UK national laboratory. Since gaining a Ph.D. in theoretical solid state physics, he has mostly worked in computational fluid dynamics, with occasional digressions into risk analysis and being a Jesuit novice. He has served as an Ignatian spiritual director and parish catechist, and devised lecture series in science, philosophy and religion. He has particular interests in complexity theory and the science and philosophy of consciousness.
