ABSTRACT

DNA sequencing is one of the important problems in molecular biology. One particular way to analyze this method is by using concepts from graph theory. In this paper, we will discuss the properties of DNA graphs and their application to determining the whole DNA structure and then will propose a graph theoretical approach to whole genome sequencing by building DNA graphs.
