Jürgen Rehm

Jürgen Rehm received his Ph.D. in psychology and methodology from Mannheim University, Germany. After working for the German Federal Health Office, he accepted positions in Switzerland and Canada, where he worked as director of various research departments (e.g., Addiction Research Foundation). He is currently working as director of the Addiction Research Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. His main research interests comprise monitoring systems (especially for legal substances like tobacco), alcohol epidemiology, and heroin substitution treatment. Dr Rehm has published more than 300 articles and book chapters in the field of addiction.
