The Map Collection and Architectural Documentation

Pages 63-67 | Published online: 05 Nov 2010

Abstract

Architecture students are likely to be heavy users of map collections in educational institutions offering instruction in architecture. Recommendations of basic map resources needed to meet the information requirements of such students are given. Networking via electronic mail among and with map librarians is suggested as an effective means of gaining access for patrons to many may resources outside of the local library.
