Abstract
This article discusses the history of our restrictive attitudes toward sexuality, and suggests some requirements for moving beyond our outmoded norms. Such a process will enable professionals and other adults to handle the explicit educational approaches necessary for dealing with the connection between sexuality and AIDS.
