Pages 729-732 | Published online: 25 Feb 2005

Abstract

Derivatives of 2-amino-4-phenyl-5-(4-pyridyl)thiazole are claimed. The claimed N-aryl and N-acetyl compounds are adenosine A3 and/or A2b receptor antagonists whilst the free amino derivatives are inhibitors of TNF-a production. These thiazoles are claimed to be useful in the treatment of asthma and COPD.
