Pages 93-94 | Received 16 Aug 1971, Published online: 09 Jul 2009

Abstract

A two-headed monster and a normal foetus in the same pregnancy have not been described previously in the literature. The delivery of a case of this nature is reported and some speculations as to the aetiology of the formation of double monsters, based on experimental investigations of animal embryos, are outlined.
