Abstract

A Is sehr seltene Komplikation nach infektiösen Erkrankungen gilt die unspezifische Osteomyelitis der Wirbelsäule. Kecht berichtet 1934 von insgesamt etwa. 200 Fällen aus der Literatur. Die Osteomyelitis befällt meist die Röhrenknochen und spielt sich viel seltener an den kurzen, platten Knochen ab, zu denen ja die Wirbel gehören.
