Surgical Treatment of Horseshoe Kidney: A Follow-up Study

Abstract

Fourteen patients were operated for horseshoe kindey. The most usual preoperative complications were hydronephrosis and/or urinary tract calculi. The present follow-up study showed that the postoperative results were good with normal renal function in all 10 patients examined.
