Abstract
Epididymal metastasis from prostatic carcinoma is rare. A case mimicking cystadeno-carcinoma of the epididymis is presented and the literature is reviewed. Investigation for prostate specific antigen should always be done in carcinoma of the epididymis, and when subcapsular orch-idectomy is performed the epididymis should be carefully examined.
