Experiences with Computer-Aided Hearing aid Fitting

Abstract

Computer-aided hearing aid fitting has recently been introduced in the clinical routine at the Audiological Department of Bispebjerg Hospital, Denmark. The rationale for the programme is described and the experience from the first 6 months of use is presented. This experience includes the reactions from the hearing impaired patients as well as the personnel of the department.
