Double uterus with twin pregnancy in the left and singleton in the right horns: a case report

Summary

A case is reported of triplets in a double uterus, with two fetuses in the left horn and one fetus in the right horn. The membranes ruptured prematurely at 34 weeks and contractions commenced. Delivery was by caesarean section and all three infants survived.
