Retroperitoneal pelvic fibrous histiocytoma presenting with deep dyspareunia

Summary

Tumours of the vulva and vagina, uterine leiomyomas and ovarian cysts occasionally present with dyspareunia (Sutherland, 1976). We report a pelvic retroperitoneal fibrous histiocytoma which presented with deep dyspareunia and which was removed successfully with subsequent pregnancy and uneventful childbirth.
