Abstract

A case of primary cerebral lymphoma presenting with neuroparalytic keratitis is described. Later development of cerebellar clinical signs and facial weakness indicated a lesion at the cerebellopontine angle. The patient died; autopsy showed the tumour to involve the extra-axial segment of the trigeminal nerve, brain stem and cerebellum.
