Abstract
A 42-year-old man was found to have an intracranial mass and an apparently contiguous intraorbital tumor. Radiographic features suggested extension of a single tumor. A biopsy showed the intracranial tumor to be a meningioma; however, excision of the orbital tumor showed adenoid cystic carcinoma. This report documents the simultaneous occurrence of an intracranial meningioma and intraorbital adenoid cystic carcinoma.
