Incidental orbital cavernous hemangiomas

Abstract

Orbital tumors are rarely noted on routine imaging studies performed for complaints unrelated to the tumor. The authors present three patients in whom cavernous hemangiomas were found on routine imaging studies performed on patients with no ocular symptoms. The clinical course and imaging studies of these patients are described along with a brief discussion and literature review of cavernous hemangiomas and their treatment.
