Abstract

We report a case of retroperitoneal fibrosis presenting with symptoms of spinal claudication. Retroperitoneal fibrosis is an extremely rare cause of spinal claudication. This case is unique in the literature as no other cases report inferior vena caval obstruction, causing venous hypertension, as the aetiology for spinal claudication.
