Vascularized osteomyoplastic flaps for skull base reconstruction

Abstract

A temporalis osteomyoplastic bone flap was successfully used for reconstruction of the middle cranial fossa base. Rotation vascularized pedicle bone flaps are particularly suited for reconstruction after skull base surgery.
