Vi vil gjerne vå snille og hjelpe utdanningskandidatene, men en viktig funksjon er også kontrollen som overlegen må f– med de underordnetes arbeid. Artik-kelen tar opp dette aspektet som mange kanskje kvier seg for å se i –ynene. Forfatteren er nå professor i medisinske atferdsfag ved Universitetet i Oslo.
