Ikke alltid er del overleveringer fra den erfarne kollega til den underordnete i elevposisjon som viser seg aå gi best pedagogisk utbytte. Artikkelen omtaler et eksperiment p§ Det obligatoriske psykiathkurs hvor en hel ungdomspsykiatrisk avdeling ble invitert.

Forfatteren er leder for kurset, og til daglig amanuensis ved Psykiatrisk Institutt, Universitetet i Oslo.
