Artikeln ger en översikt över aktiv och passiv kontroll av oönskade effekter av Ludiomil (maprotilin), som blev inregistrerad i Finland i december 1978. Rapporter till myndigheterna och tillverkaren samt resultat av två biverkningsuppföljningar presenteras.
