Abstract
Diamino-diphenyl sulphone (DDS) was given to three patients with Behçet's disease. One patient was treated with DDS for orogenital ulcers, cutaneous symptoms and arthralgia. The other two were being treated with oral corticosteroid, and DDS was added. In all cases, DDS therapy improved cutaneous manifestations of Behçet's disease, and enabled a lowering of the dosage of oral corticosteroids in one case.
