Abstract

Described is a specimen holder to be used as an accessory to the Sakura Electron Microscope Processor (Model REM-20B). It permits tissue samples up to 1.5 cm in length to be processed automatically to resin for use in light microscopy. The device can be easily made by any small workshop equipped with a lathe.
