State-Trait Anxiety in Methadone Maintenance Patients

Abstract

Changes in A-State and A-Trait in methadone maintenance patients have been assessed. It was found that following the administration of the daily dosage of methadone, A-State was significantly reduced but no changes in A-Trait occurred. The measurements were obtained during a 6-month period.
