Abstract

A minimally-invasive method of ligating the anterior ethmoid artery is presented. Using a small incision, endoscopes are used to identify the ethmoid artery passing through the orbital pertosteum and into the fronto-ethmoid suture line. It is a quick procedure that is easy to learn. The smaller incision that this approach uses lessens the risk of unsightly scarring on the face and minimises bleeding during the procedure.
