Abstract

The Effect Of Temperature, Relative Humidity and Light On Elaboration Of Afl-Bj In Neem and Datura Seeds Was Studied. The Highest Level Of Afl-B1 Production In Case Of Both Seeds (0.55-1.12 (Jg/G In Datura Seeds and 0.47-1.15 Pg/G Inneem Seeds) Was Recorded At 30°c Temperature, 96% Rh and Total Darkness After 3 Weeks Of Incubation. The Growth Of A. Flavus and Aflatoxin Production Was Inhibited At 33-35% Rh and 10°C Temperature. Darkness Favored The Synthesis Of Afl-Bj Whereas Sunlight Inhibited It Completely.
