Abstract
Achyranthes aspera L. (Amaranthaceae) is one of the ethnodrugs employed by the tribes of Orissa for the treatment of reproduction related disorders, dental problems, diarrhea, bone fracture, cuts, boils, etc. The present communication describes folk uses of the plant.
