Abstract

Recently, we have faced a new intravenous highly addictive drug in Iran that does not have any similarity with currently taken drugs in other countries. This illegal drug which is called “Norgesic” does not show any clinical effect such as the original version of pharmaceutical Norgesic that is a legal medicine for Parkinson's disease as well as for musculoskeletal pains. This article presents a patient with avascular necrosis of the femoral head because of abusing Norgesic in Tehran.
