Abstract

Mesenchymal hamartomas are benign primitive hepatic tumors of neonates which can be detected by ultrasonography antenatally. Generally these are described as complex cystic masses. We present the first reported case of a sonographically detected solid variant discovered antenatally. Current literature, differential diagnosis, and obstetrical management are briefly discussed.
