Ming-Jung Ho, MD, DPhil, is an Associate Director at the Center for Innovation and Leadership in Education and a Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and at Georgetown University Medical Center. She is also Director of Education Research at MedStar Health in Washington DC, USA.

Rita Charon

Rita Charon, MD, PhD, is a general internist and literary scholar. She is Chair of the Department of Medical Humanities and Ethics at Columbia University in New York, USA. With colleagues from Columbia, she founded the discipline of narrative medicine in 2001.
